Stuffed Blue Bird Peppers

Another traditional dish done the way The Methow Store does. We start with Bluebird Grains Potlatch Pilaf and blend in tomatoes, zucchini and carrots from our store garden then add onion, garlic, mushrooms and parsley. All this stuffed into locally grown organic bell peppers to make a lovely local delicacy.
